The Lounge room is very spacious 6m x 10m and a great space to hang out in, with 3 oversized 3 seater couches, plasma tv, fetch tv, wifi and a cosy gas flame fireplace. Here we also have a day bed, which is the size of a full single bed for a third guest. If privacy for the 3rd guest is preferred, we can place a floor mattress in the study. Your Queen bedroom is comfy and welcoming with luxurious alpaca carpet and an 81cm tv & DVD player. Wide selection of Dvds. Beautiful traditional bathroom with double granite vanity, shower and toilet. Quality toiletries and hairdryer provided. Separate Study / office with door for privacy. There is a Kitchenette with microwave / combi oven, kettle, toaster, 2 burner Bosch induction cooktop and small fridge. A Welcome breakfast starter pack is provided. Breakfast table and cross back chairs. Through french doors off the lounge room you will find a verandah with outdoor timber setting for meals or morning coffee in the sun. This area is surrounded by lush green hedging and star jasmine along the fence. There is also a Washing machine / Dryer in a separate laundry with washing powder supplied. The property has "Free" on street parking. We reside in the upstairs of this beautiful Queenslander / Hamptons style home. During your stay with us, you will have full private use of the entire downstairs. There is no internal access between your downstairs space and our private upstairs living. We endeavor to walk light footed as we are very mindful of your need for relaxation and privacy. Interaction with Guests:
We are pleased to welcome our guests on arrival, show you through Hampton House apartment and answer any questions about our local area. We are available at anytime should you need assistance. We are mindful of your desire to holiday or work in privacy, so if we need to contact you, we will do so via text or email first. If you are a very late Check in, we can pre-arrange the keys to be left in the lockbox for 24/7 self check in. Whilst Check in time is normally 2pm and Check Out time is 10am, we are flexible subject to other guest bookings at the time. Other things to note:
