Library hosting mental health drop-in sessions

Wagga Wagga City Library has developed in partnership with Grand Pacific Health a free, weekly drop-in session for community members seeking support in navigating local mental health services.

Anyone over 16 years can drop in between 10.30am and 1pm on any Monday without making an appointment.

The confidential service is a welcoming entry point for young people, adults and their support people experiencing distress, crisis or mental health challenges, and particularly useful for anyone coming from a trauma background.

Please join us on Tuesday evening for a meal at St Alban’s Church Hall. We are offering a bus service, picking dinner guests up from Kooringal Community Centre at 5.45pm, and returning at the conclusion of the dinner. The bus is free, as is the meal, and there is also no need to book either. Looking forward to seeing you for a delicious two course hot meal 🍽️
