We explored the Cape York all the way to the tip (Parinka) with the D-Max and Crusader... The untouched paradise, pristine beaches, lush rainforests, best fishing 🎣 spots, 4WD excursions and the hidden trails known to the locals. Unforgettable memories were made with 2 amazing new friends 🧡
The journey up was remarkable with hidden gems on the way, the coloured sands and Cape Bedford at Elim Beach. Fruit bat fall and Elliot falls were absolutely amazing and refreshing after a hot dusty trip...
Then crossed the Jardine River it was 40kms to the one and only town at the tip (Bamaga) stayed 8 days in the indigenous community with experiencing the naidoc celebration 50 year deadly. Beautiful 😍
Then the mandatory scramble to the tip itself for the photo to prove 😆 enjoying the magical views...

We hooked into the fishing 🎣 adventure, siesha jetty was stunning with an amazing sunset and to fish off. No luck as its still a little cold even at 29 degree's.
Also fished at a few of the locals recommendations, top secret spots 🤣

Stopped at Hann River roadhouse, Musgrave roadhouse, Archer River roadhouse, Bramwell Junction, stayed at the Bramwell station 1 night for the atmosphere, the croc tent, a drink at the Punsand Bay...
We explored the 1000s kms of unsealed, PDR was certainly rough and dusty.. Best epic journey, like no other with wandering cattle, roos and wild horses...
The Lion den is a must visit and the Old Laura homestead that shows you a glimpse into how life was in the early days 😀

P.S.. drivers, if you are heading to the tip. Please invest in a CB radio and use channel 40 to communicate with other drivers when approaching from behind. Makes the trip so much easier.
And to the drivers that like to drive fast. Please slow down when passing as the stones are actually real, hitting windscreens. Karma doesn't need to be wished upon yourself.. enjoy your trip...

Hi all.. i would like to offer pet sitting... so we can all enjoy the adventures..
I am travelling Australia with our old boy Max. We find it hard some times to do adventures... we have used some pet sitter's during our travels. I now would like to offer pet sitting from my caravan and location at the time.. i will post where we are staying weekly. So everyone can check with me for the day u would need your pet looked after so you can go do the tours or check out the national parks for example.. send me a pm..
We are currently in Cairns tasman cool waters caravan park. Till the 19th July
