Hidden away in our roof is nearly 28 years of reservation slips, check in slips and hotel documents. It seemed like a good idea at the time as the space was there and we were required to hold seven years of records. Going up the stairs was easy…but the prospect of bringing all these boxes down the stairs didn’t float our boat so it was a one way trip! Now our new lift has solved the problem and we are slowly but surely sending all these documents for secure destruction at Latrobe Valley Enterprises recycling facility in Morwell. We reckon it was take at least ten 240 litre bins to get the job done!
