We haven’t posted for a while! Life has been busy! But Blythswood cottage is still going strong with many lovely guests and great reviews!

We have been a little quiet on socials lately but that doesn’t mean we haven’t had a lot going on!

I was just checking our Airbnb page and noticed we have now been hosting for two years, we have become a “guest favourite”, we have a super high rating of 4.99, continuing super host status and we were a top 12 finalist in the “best new host” category for Australia and New Zealand in 2022.

We never thought our Airbnb journey would be this amazing. Most importantly we have met some super people and taken so much pleasure from helping them explore this gorgeous part of Australia and it’s amazing attractions.

We are beyond excited to announce that Blythswood Cottage will be available for a small number of bespoke country weddings from February 2024! Packages will include use of Blythswood Cottage for wedding preparations; one of our amazing on-farm ceremony locations; and a large marquee area with extended, uninterrupted views of the foothills of the Great Dividing Range and glorious sunsets.

We love events and parties so this is a natural extension for Blythswood Cottage and Farm. We are all about the details and believe that an event needs to be unique and memorable - not just because of the aesthetics (which need to be on point), but because of the energy and environment created.

Sunsets with a little smoke and dust in the air. Things are pretty dry and “summery” up here at the moment. Typical late summer weather with a slightly crispy lawn underfoot. Looking forward to some welcome autumn rain.
