We’re proudly farmer-owned, which means supporting our local legends whenever we can — and they don’t come any more local (or legendary) than Esk Beef Principal, Ben Drynan. Being a 4th generation Somerset District producer, he knows top quality beef! 👏

From this week, our 200g Rump Steak will be sourced exclusively from Esk Beef — Charolais x cattle raised right here on native Somerset pastures. The result? A clean, rich flavour that showcases the best of our region. 💯
