HOTEL ALL ROUNDER - CASUAL

Love variety, people and creating great experiences? We’re looking for a warm, reliable all-rounder to join our boutique hotel team!

This role blends hands-on housekeeping with front-of-house guest care — welcoming guests, checkin in and out, general guest comms, and keeping rooms looking their best.

About you:

• Friendly, organised and happy to jump between tasks
• Confident using booking systems or keen to learn
• Someone who takes pride in clean, beautiful spaces

Casual hours available. Perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality, good vibes, and being part of a small, supportive team.

📣 Our big news — we’ve sold ‘The Warby’!

What an incredible journey it’s been over the past 8 years. We’ve loved bringing this wonderful and unique property back to life. It will be sad to say goodbye but rest assured the Warby is in good hands and will continue just as you have come to know and love.

We’re excited for the future. A VIC based accommodation business has purchased the Motel for its next exciting chapter and we look forward to supporting a seamless transition throughout May.

We will be forever grateful for the friendships we’ve made, the stories we’ve shared and the opportunity to welcome the thousands of adventurers from around the world along the way.

To the staff, contractors and suppliers that have worked beside us on this journey - thank you from the bottom of our hearts, we couldn’t have so successfully run the Warby (& had time off …! ) without your dedication, hard work and support.

Many thanks to the local Warburton & wider Valley business community, the networks supporting us along the way, new relationships formed allowing us to work with other small business owners.

To all our family and friends from close and far, your kind words, ongoing encouragement and stays at The Warby have meant the world to us - Thank You.

Connecting to nature is the best free activity you can do for your wellbeing. The Motel is a haven for relaxation, stargazing, firegazing, bird watching and GIANT tree admiration.

You can then launch out in every direction to explore beautiful walks and time by a pristine river. We consider our TVs to be “smart” when they aren’t on 😃
