!!! Job Opportunity – Relief Motel Manager !!!

The Elm Tree Motel in Warrnambool is looking for a reliable and friendly Relief Motel Manager to join our small team.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, self-motivated, willing to learn and enjoys working with people. You’ll be helping ensure our guests have a comfortable and welcoming stay while supporting the day-to-day running of the motel.

Role tasks include (but not limited to):
- Guest check-ins and check-outs
- Managing bookings and phone enquiries
- Use/learn Guestpoint PMS
- Assisting with general motel operations
- Manage cleaning staff
- Preparation/stripping of motel rooms prior to cleaning staff cleaning rooms

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has great customer service skills
- Is dependable and flexible
- Can work independently
- Previous hospitality or accommodation experience is a bonus (but not essential)

This is a relief position, ideal for someone looking for flexible work in the accommodation industry. There is opportunity for some regular work and we are willing to train employees who show potential.

Pay rates are based on accommodation industry relief management standards and are negotiable, depending on experience, training, and the level of responsibility required.

We are looking for a housekeeper that has experience and can start immediately.

Must be able to clean rooms unsupervised.
Must be reliable as we only a small team.

Hours are between 10-15 hrs a week. Must be willing to work on weekends and school holidays.

Must have attention to detail, initiative, good attitude, be willing to learn and great customer service
