Grafton Rose B&B is once again open for bookings. We have one Queen Ensuite room and one King Single room with share bathroom available. Everything you could want for a relaxing stay in Warwick and district.

Well the wait is almost over. As you know we have been closed since COVID hit. I am now taking this time to look at having both my knees replaced. Hope to be open early in 2021. Will let you know when we know. Our COVID Plan is all done so we will be ready to go once I can walk again. Stay safe and keep smiling.

We are OPEN for business. We have 2 queen rooms available with individual bathrooms. We have taken the 3rd room with two king single beds out of commission while the restrictions are in place. We have plenty of room so social distancing is not a problem and each room has access to its own lounge with TV. Plenty of space to sit out in the open air with front verandah and back deck. Stay safe.

All the very best for the new decade. May it be a productive and happy one for all. We would like to thank everyone for their support in 2019 and look forward to seeing many of you again this year. Special thanks to our Corporate clients and long term guest and close friend Craig. The friendships gained this year have been amazing from Andreas Lionakis of Battle of Crete fame and my co-conspirator for our tour to Crete to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of the battle in May 2021, to John & Deb Kirkham and the team from Mates4Mates. We also look forward to welcoming many new faces into our home. Why not enjoy a train ride this year, always a great day of fun. Praying for rain every day. Cheers

Hosted the Marsh family and Paola on Friday night. They had to leave Stanthorpe because of the fires. Happy to help out by giving them accommodation and food for the night. I am a firm believer in paying forward. Keep safe.
