When doing some other work, we discovered that the lights and PowerPoint wiring to the ground floor is all metal conduit and the very old wires. A no brainer in terms of getting it all replaced! Work underway currently which means cutting into the floor boards for access and replacing all of the wiring. It’s a big job, 4 days so far and only about 2/3 done!
