Well spring is well and truly in the air, with a gorgeous little girl born Tuesday. Baxter enjoying a swim in the lake and possum watching over the BBQ.

Spring has well and truly sprung. I think fire restrictions will be early this year so if you want to come and enjoy a fire book in soon.
What a wonderful difference in 12 months. We truly love sharing our property with our guests,family and friends.

What a week, 60mm of desperately needed rain on Wednesday which filled the lake overnight. The Wetlands are filling, wildflowers are in bloom, and the cows getting some hydrotherapy. My brother joined us from SA for a couple of weeks, got roped into fencing with me and milking cows with our sister Joan.

Well 12 months has gone so fast, and what a list of achievements.
2km of raised road
3km of fencing
5 hectares of soil improvement and regenerative pasture to grow the natural soil biology
Clean drainage with 4 leaky weirs to remove contaminants prior to reaching the wetlands
Campsites established
Shed home up and we are in
Small herd of cattle
Feral animals removed
Turtles, possums, bandicoots, fish and a plethora of birdlife, on the increase.

Please welcome Ash to the farm. 18 months old and full of energy. Great with kids and most animals... Dennis our Alpaca is being very protective of his girls.

Drainage to the East of the property has resulted in the wetlands filling 6 weeks earlier than 2025, providing safe nesting habitat for the swans.
