The Murray Hotel will be closing its doors on 10 February 2023. We're very sad and thank all the staff and guests who've made the hotel such a lovely place. The hotel will become a centre for Youth Homelessness and we're excited for the hotel to continue to support the community.

A former hotel on Murray Street, West Perth purchased by Communities for $5.15 million to support people sleeping rough as part of a Housing First supported accommodation service. A community housing organisation will be appointed to manage the site, with the tender process now open on Tenders WA.

West Perth Woolies 🍓🥕🌽

Today the City of Perth LDAP will consider a Development Application for a five-level mixed-use development comprising of a Woolworths, liquor store, speciality retail, food and beverage outlets, a medical centre, a pharmacy, a child care centre, a gymnasium and parking.

This proposal has been put together in a partnership between Urbis and Cameron Chisholm Nicol - a great addition for the West Perth Local community.
