All you need is to bring or buy your personal items, grocesseries and your own consumable items. The rest of the items/facilities/services are provided by the A1 Homestay. A1Homestay has eight approved bedrooms of various types and sizes. Private bedrooms are with Double-size beds and for one person or a couple. The rents for a shared bedrooms are $160 or $180 or $200 per person per week, depending on the size of the rooms. The rent for private bedrooms are $250 for a single person and $360 per week for a couple (or two persons). Rent includes bills for Electricity, Water, Gas and high speed unlimited data NBN internet. The rent does not include the cleaning service charges as A1 Homestay works on self-cleaning and self-maintenance principle. Cleaning materials and equipment is provided. The rent is to be paid in advance on weekly basis. The Bond/Deposit amount is equal to twice the weekly rent and is to be paid before commencement of stay. The above rent rates are for the stays of 8 weeks or more. For stays less than 8 weeks, the rent is $70 to $50 per day per person. Vacation Notice is required to be given a minimum of 14 days in advance of the vacation date, to get full bond amount back. Proof of identity and a written Occupancy Agreement is required prior to the occupancy. All bedrooms are furnished with beds, bed-linen, electric blankets, bed side-table & lamps, wardrobe, book case, digital safe (one per person), chair, storage box, ceiling/wall mounted fan and central reverse cycle air conditioning ducts. Commonly shared facilities include: spacious furnished living room with wall mounted 50" HDTV with multimedia streaming devices, dining provisions, well equipped modern kitchen, adequate refrigeration and pantry storage, bathrooms/showers, toilet, laundry, personal lockers, outdoor sitting and dining facilities, function area, asphalt covered hard surface marked car parking bays within the premises, etc. The shopping complex with fresh food restaurant, groceries store, liquor shop, ATM, post office, city bus stand, fresh meat shop, hair saloon, are 50 meters away.
