The lentil curry was well received tonight so we thought we’d share the recipe.

We added some finely chopped zucchini and capsicum.

We used tinned brown lentils and chick peas so we didn’t need the water.

Give it a go!

The rain arrived with perfect timing for the crops (and my daffodils).

The Humbug Creek is flowing and the sound of frogs and wildlife is amazing.

We have a busy week at Mascot Cottage. I had just prepared the cottage for tonight’s guests and the sun shone in.

We have been catering for some meals and we have had two pescatarian’s this week. We’ve been learning and delivering some yummy meals!

We have had some beautiful weather and today we did some sheep work in the cracking sunshine.

We grew our first romanesco and included it in a lentil curry. Great reviews from our lovely guests this evening!
