From two machines to one complete cleaning solution. 👏

Our customer was previously using two separate Nilfisk machines to manage their floor cleaning requirements, with the Nilfisk SR1601 sweeper handling sweeping and debris collection, and the Nilfisk BR1100S scrubber taking care of the scrubbing.

While both machines had their own role, using two separate machines meant two pieces of equipment to operate, maintain and manage as part of the customer's regular cleaning routine.

To help improve efficiency and simplify the process, we supplied the Nilfisk CS7020 combination sweeper-scrubber, pictured in the middle.

The CS7020 brings the capabilities of a sweeper and scrubber together into one machine, allowing our customer to complete both cleaning processes with a single piece of equipment. Instead of changing between the SR1601 for sweeping and the BR1100S for scrubbing, operators now have one machine designed to tackle both requirements.

For the customer, this provides a much more streamlined approach to maintaining their floors. Less time is spent changing between equipment, there are fewer machines to manage on site, and operators can complete their cleaning tasks more efficiently.

The Nilfisk CS7020 has also been upgraded to offer lithium battery technology, providing further benefits when it comes to efficiency and day-to-day operation. Lithium batteries require less routine maintenance than traditional lead-acid batteries, reducing the time and attention needed for battery upkeep. This complements the CS7020's overall focus on productivity, giving operators a more convenient and efficient solution for demanding cleaning applications.
