✨ In love with our new laminate flooring and skirting boards! ✨

Over the last couple of weeks, we’ve been busy transforming the ground floor of the property. We’ve added insulation throughout, installed beautiful new laminate flooring and skirting boards, and given most of the downstairs a fresh coat of paint – all ready to welcome our summer guests! ☀️🏡

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to make improvements and ensure our property is maintained to the highest standard. Our goal is always to provide a comfortable, memorable stay for every guest who visits.

Good news for winter visitors! From 1st November through to the 1st March 2026, parking on West Cliff becomes a whole lot easier — and cheaper! Many of the pay-and-display machines take a winter break, wrapped up snugly in their little covers.

That means free, unrestricted parking along much of North Terrace and West Cliff all winter long — perfect for quiet seaside strolls, festive shopping trips, and cosy coffee stops overlooking the sea. ☕🌊
