It was a fabulous atmosphere last Sunday for the SOLD OUT Gala Organ Concert at Langley, when the spectacular 1875 pipe organ sprang to life under the fingers and feet of Thomas Heywood!

The excitement in the Lauriston Chapel was electric, with masterworks by Bach, Handel, Chopin, Grieg and many more filling the space with breathtaking sound. Thank you to everyone who joined us for such a memorable afternoon of music.

Still on a high from Sunday afternoon’s performance ✨ The Operatic Servant Girl was a sold out success!

A huge thank you to the incredible artists who brought this 165-year-old work to life:
Matilda Wilby, Peter Hunt, and Peter Butler — and to our wonderful director Merlyn Quaife AM.

It was truly special to experience the world premiere of goldfields entertainment from the 1860s, heard again 160+ years later, in the most perfect setting — the beautiful 1873 Lauriston Chapel at Langley Estate.
