What do you do, on a cold rainy day, in between cleaning up flood damage?
Make an easy, 2 ingredient pumpkin damper, to have with lashings of butter, yum!
1 tin of pumpkin soup and 3.5 to 4 cups SR flour, mix, knead into a ball and into the baby Q for 35 minutes.

We are so lucky to have such fabulous places to eat, here in the Valley. Hobbledehoy Cafe and Distillery, one of our favourites, Mountain View Hotel, Whitfield, plus the many Wineries, for meals and platters. Now we have Sharna, from King Valley Providore who has a different menu, every Saturday and Sunday. There are always 4 freshly made meals, in servings for 2 or 4 people and 4 freshly made treats. Different menu each week.
Mark and i can tell you, we have tried a few treats, we can't decide which is our favourite, between cinnamon scrolls and choc chip banana bread. Attached is this weekends menu
