After a well‑deserved break spent catching up with our children and grandchildren, we’re back in full stride and pulling everything together. Hard work, tough choices, and exciting times are ahead. Looking forward to the next few weeks and making real progress. Loving life and living the dream.

As many of our wonderful travellers know, Matt, our incredible team, and I have been working nonstop between Warrawong and the former Courthouse Café. If we’ve seemed a bit tired or quiet on social media, it’s because we’ve been putting in the long hours to stay on track for our café and restaurant opening in July. We’ve been collaborating closely with our fantastic council, local groups, and trades to make it all happen.

I wanted to share a few before-and-after photos so our amazing followers can see just how much progress we’ve made in the past three months. There’s still more to do, but we’re getting closer every day and the excitement is definitely building. We’ll soon be looking for staff and beginning the recruitment process. 🥰
