🍂 SPOTLIGHT INTRODUCING PIPPIN 🏕️🌾

Head of Housekeeping at Williams Motel & Caravan Park

If you’ve ever stayed with us, chances are your room had that extra sparkle — that’s the Pippin touch.

🏡 For the past four years, Pippin has been the heartbeat of housekeeping here at the Williams Motel & Caravan Park, bringing warmth, pride, and a deep love for this town into everything she does.

🌾 But Pippin’s story with Williams started when her family moved here in 1991. At just 18, she and her husband Justin called the previous Shady Acre caravan park home. Justin also lived at the previous location of the old caravan park on Brooking Street before it moved to its current resting place on William Street.

❤️ They spent nine beautiful months there before welcoming their daughter Chantelle in 2010. From there, Pippin’s journey wound through the Williams Hotel, where she worked as a rousabout and pizza chef — always working hard, always with heart. Their son Samual arrived in 2013, making their little family complete.

🎣 Pippin isn’t just part of the Williams community — she lives it. She’s passionate about this place and all the beauty it holds. From Dryandra bush tours with Barna Mia, Quindanning Picnic Races, and lazy Sundays at the Hotel, to wildflower-spotting bushwalks, visits to the Old Pioneer Cemetery & Heritage Trail, river stroles, and the vibrant Williams Expo and much more — Pippin and her family embrace it all. And when there’s water nearby, you’ll likely find them there, fishing rod in hand and smiles all around.

In Pippin’s words (and we couldn’t agree more):

“Our little community is one of beauty and wonder — if you just take the time to look.” 🌅

Thank you, Pippin, for your dedication, your energy, and your love for Williams. We’re proud to have you as part of the team — and even prouder to stand alongside you.

🍂 MEET NIGEL & HAYLEE – THE DYNAMIC DUO AT WILLIAMS CARAVAN PARK 🏕️🌾

Every great place has a story – and behind Williams Motel & Caravan Park, you’ll find Nigel and Haylee, a powerhouse pair whose journey has taken them across the globe and back again, all the way to the heart of the Wheatbelt.

👷‍♂️ NIGEL brings a lifetime of experience in development, construction, and leadership. Originally from the UK, he served in the Royal Marines, starting out in 1986 as a structural engineer and qualified carpenter/joiner. After more than 30 years travelling the world with the Marines – including holidays with family Down Under – Nigel made the move permanent in 2014.
He spent years as an install manager for a glazing company before taking on the role of Asset Manager for WA at Discovery Parks, where he became the go-to man for development projects during COVID. In early 2025, after a stint back in glazing, he came across the Williams Caravan Park ad on SEEK for a manager – and as they say, the rest is history.

🍻 HAYLEE has always had a heart for people and hard work in equal measure. Coming from a hospitality background and once a publican, her family also ran one of the largest turf farms in South Australia. When COVID hit, she pivoted into landscaping, leading large-scale government contracts – including laying over 36,000 square metres of turf for Adelaide’s O-Bahn.
The stars aligned when she was working at Discovery Parks and Nigel came rolling in – it was love at first sight.

🛻 They moved to WA together on New Year’s Eve 2024, bringing with them a shared passion for building, designing, and creating spaces that feel like home. It’s been nothing short of full throttle ever since.
Through grit, determination, and a whole lot of heart, Nigel and Haylee are breathing new life into the Williams Caravan Park – one project, one guest, and one smile at a time. Supported by new Owners Jon & Tracey Price.

💬 If you haven’t already, drop by and say hello – there’s always a good story to be shared and a warm welcome waiting.

📍 Williams Caravan Park – more than a stopover, it’s a story in the making.
