Kooyar Mia, the chalet of the frog, is a unique, single storey semi rural 3×3 chalet nestled between spectacular dams and vineyards of the world class Wilyabrup Wine Region. It is located a short walk from the Black Brewing Company and Robert Oatley and Knee Deep Wineries. Twenty minutes from Dunsborough and Yallingup on the picturesque Caves Road.
The dwelling is an ecofriendly, thermally efficient nature escape with sweeping views to frog filled dams and bird laden treescapes. The spacious open plan North/East facing living, dining and kitchen areas open onto a large covered verandah with BBQ and outdoor dining facilities. The chalet has 3 bedrooms all with their own ensuites.
