School holidays at Redi 2 Hire look a little different… 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🔧📦

When you’re part of a family business, school holidays don’t always mean sleeping in or staying at home – they mean pitching in and being part of the team.

Today Jess has been helping out with stocktake, making sure everything is where it should be, while Flynn has been out in the workshop getting his hands dirty and learning how to service and repair equipment alongside the crew.

There’s no better way to learn than by rolling up your sleeves, asking questions and having a go. We’re proud to be teaching the next generation the value of hard work, responsibility and teamwork.

The team at Redi 2 Hire are proud to have delivered this impressive new setup to Alpine Shire Council in Bright, sold through Redi Group Equipment Sales.

Due to increasing demand, we are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and strengthen relationships across the earthmoving and construction industries.
About the Role
This is a hands-on sales position focused on:
1. Light and compact earthmoving equipment sales
2. Spare parts and attachment sales
3. Building strong customer relationships
4. Identifying new business opportunities
5. Providing product support and solutions to customers
What We’re Looking For
1. Must have experience in earthmoving, construction equipment, agricultural machinery or related industries
2. Strong communication and customer service skills
3. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
4. Proven Sales experience required
5. Current driver’s licence
