✨ Monday’s are MAGIC...
Bet you haven’t heard that before. Me neither 😂 . But that doesn’t mean they can’t be!
My favourite way to ease into the week is to make Monday a ‘me day’. A day that I spend doing whatever it is that I need to relax and re-energise.
Here’s my Monday to-do list:
🛏 Don’t set an alarm: Sleep in! You need to catch up on those ever-important ZZZ’s.
🥐 + ☕ (+ 🍫 shhh): Indulge a little. Sometimes a little bit of sweetness is just what the heart desires.
🌱 Get Outside: Go for a stroll down your sun-dappled pathways. Spend time in your vegetable garden, planting seeds and harvesting produce. Sit down by the lake and spot the fish as they swim by.
📖 Read, read, read: Grab your favourite book, pour yourself a cup of tea and spend a few hours reading. It’s the best way to expand your imagination, soul and creative energy.
📞 Call a loved one: Time to check in with the friends and family, near and far. A simple gesture that can make all the difference.
