LOCAL FOOD VENDORS WANTED | WOODFORD & SURROUNDS

We’re currently updating our preferred vendor list at Woodford Gardens and would love to connect with some fantastic local Food Trucks, Mobile Caterers & Event Caterers.

We host a wide variety of events including weddings, elopements & micro weddings, birthdays, wakes & celebrations of life, Christmas parties, private functions and more, generally ranging from intimate gatherings of around 20 guests through to events of 100 guests.

We’d love to hear from caterers offering all different styles of service, including:

• Food trucks & mobile catering
• Sit-down dining
• Cocktail-style food & canapés
• Feasting-style meals served to the centre of tables
• Alternate drop
• Buffets
• Casual dining & other creative catering options

We’re looking for businesses that are reliable, honour their commitments, are passionate about what they do and, most importantly, serve really great food with plenty of flavour.

Power is available onsite. We also have a commercial kitchen that may be available for use on the day of service by prior arrangement. Kitchen access and requirements would need to be discussed in further detail with us beforehand.

We’ve already received some wonderful responses for pizza, spit roast and coffee vans — thank you! At this stage, we’d particularly love to discover some different cuisines, concepts and catering styles so we can offer our clients plenty of variety.

Seeking a Local Grazing / Charcuterie Caterer

We’re looking to connect with a reputable, registered food business — either a local café, caterer or mobile food business — that offers beautiful grazing stations, grazing tables or charcuterie-style boards for upcoming events at Woodford Gardens.

A simple drop-off, set-up & go service is absolutely fine — you don’t need to stay for the event.

Bookings will vary, for example:
• Smaller gatherings of around 20 guests wanting light refreshments following a ceremony
• Larger weddings and events of up to 100 guests, such as grazing during cocktail hour before the reception

We’d especially love the opportunity to support a local business where possible and build a relationship with someone we can recommend for future bookings.
