✈️ Did you know Mt Eba Station has a connection with Wrights Air?

Wrights Air is well known for its incredible outback tours departing from William Creek, and one of their unique experiences includes a stop right here at Mt Eba Station!

Visitors get the chance to meet the people who call this remote part of Australia home and enjoy a guided ground tour of the station. It's a fantastic opportunity to gain an insight into how families, station workers, and contractors live and work in the outback, while experiencing firsthand the true scale and remoteness of life on a pastoral station.

And of course, no visit would be complete without sitting down for a hot cuppa and a freshly baked scone while having a chat with the locals. ☕🍰

We love sharing our little corner of the outback and helping visitors connect with the people and stories that make station life so special.

UPDATE 1.20PM 27/5/26: Roads have been reopened after a fatal crash at Bulgunnia, in the State’s far north.

At about 12.30am on Tuesday 26 May, emergency services were called to the Stuart Highway, approximately 100 km north of Glendambo following reports of a head-on collision between a road train and a Jeep SUV.

Sadly, the driver of the Jeep, a 40-year-old man from the Northern Territory died at the scene.

The driver of the truck, a 41-year-old man from Roseworthy sustained minor injuries and was taken to hospital for assessment.

Major Crash investigators attended the scene and are investigating the circumstances of the crash.

Roads are open in both directions and the road train has been towed from the scene.

The man’s death is the 46th life lost on South Australian roads this year.
