May 2019 Update from Grace Laureta, Estate Manager

Stage 1 - The roads in Stage 1 are being excavated with the base material also being placed.

Stage 2 - Sewer & drainage works are nearing completion, with road excavation to commence in the coming weeks.

Stage 3 - Works have now also commenced, with the installation of the sewer

The temporary widening works on Ballan Road are now complete, allowing placement of barriers and intersection construction works to commence.

Stage completion and title dates for all three stages are still anticipated to be between September and December 2019.

Construction of Manor Lakes Central Shopping Centre which is set to open in March 2020 is in full swing. Watch this space for future updates.

March 2019 Update from Grace Laureta - Estate Manager

Works continue to progress on Stages 1 & 2 of GEM Estate. Stage 3 works will commence on Monday 1st April 2019 with the installation of the sewer.

Site clearing works, including demolition of houses and removal of existing trees is now near complete. Final approvals for traffic control and road works to commence on Ballan Rd intersection are imminent, with commencement now expected early April.

Stage completion and title dates for all three stages are still anticipated to be between September and December 2019.

A stage-two extension to Manor Lakes Central on Ballan Road shopping centre is set to include 26 new speciality stores and a gym.

Construction Update - January 2019 By Grace Laureta (Estate Manager)
- main sewer and drainage works were completed last
year by adjoining estates
- establishment on site has occured, with site fencing
and site compound being set up
- contractor, Civ2Con, has mobilised machines and
commenced stripping of the site, and construction of
the sewer

Anticipated timeline for Stages 1, 2 & 3 to be completed and titled, ready for settlement between September and December 2019.
