After a huge six months, we’re finally able to unveil the transformation of the former St Mark’s Lutheran church into Yackandandah’s latest boutique accommodation….StoneChurch.

It’s been a pleasure (albeit not without few challenges 😉 ) evolving this stunning old granite building into a contemporary couples retreat.

Enjoy the romance of cosy woodfire and generous king-sized four poster bed on a winter’s night, or indulge in a glorious sunset and stargazing from the patio garden or outdoor fireplace on a balmy summer’s evening.

Take in the lovely town of historic Yackandandah, the indulgent eateries, distilleries, shops and galleries. Explore the stunning surrounding sites, walk or ride along creeks and through old goldfields and expansive state forest, jump on the rail trails (which pass conveniently past the front gate), or day trip to the surrounding district including Beechworth, Bright, Stanley and the alpine peaks and all the abundant outdoor activities, wineries and dining.
