here are lots of walk trails on our 5acres and the walk along Marrinyup Drive any afternoon will delight the kids, with kangaroos everywhere to be seen. The fabulous Injidup Beach and Smith's Beach and Yallinyup beach for the serious surfers are all less than 10 minutes away. The property is in a fantastic location for taking in the wineries. The lawn area is also popular with kangaroos which quite often graze in the evening. Outside there are 2 outdoor settings and a 3 burner gas BBQ. The wide verandahs are perfect for summer night BBQ's.
