If you are concerned about the future of the magnificent Smiths beach please take the time to fill out an appeal with regards to the recent decision from the EPA to approve the massive development which nobody really wants anyway.

And get ready to fork out $10 for the privilege 😉

The EPA has decided to adopt the development at Smiths.

It is a dark day for Smiths and the EPA itself.

The body tasked with protecting the environment has green lit the destruction of the Smiths Beach headland and protected national park.

The EPA claims that there are conditions, amusingly the conditions match already what the developer proposed, hence there are no conditions in reality.

It’s a sad day for Smiths no doubt, but it is not the end of the line.

There will be more to come in the following days and weeks.
