Yarrawonga Mulwala Holiday Houses PTY LTD are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Housekeeping Manager to join our team!

In this role, you’ll oversee the presentation of our holiday and short-term rental properties, lead a small team of cleaning and maintenance staff, and help ensure every property is guest-ready and maintained to a high standard. ✨

What you’ll be doing:

🧹 Leading and supporting our housekeeping and maintenance team
📋 Managing cleaning rosters, timesheets and wage costs
👥 Recruiting, training and monitoring team performance
🏡 Conducting pre-arrival property inspections
🧺 Managing linen, supplies, inventory and keys
⭐ Helping create exceptional guest experiences and positive reviews
🔧 Communicating maintenance needs and guest feedback
💪 Assisting with hands-on cleaning during peak periods

What we’re looking for:

✔️ 1–2 years’ experience in a similar supervisory or property management role
✔️ Previous housekeeping and hands-on cleaning experience
✔️ Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills
✔️ A strong eye for detail and high presentation standards
✔️ Ability to implement systems, policies and procedures
✔️ Current unrestricted driver’s licence (essential)
✔️ CPR & First Aid Certificate (desirable)
