Hope Farm Guesthouse Historic homestead guesthouse in York WAs first town. Excellent hospitality along with 3 comfortable ensuite rooms, guest lounge and beautiful gardens.

Come and sample wonderful country hospitality at this historic farm house (est.1880). Enjoy magnificent views of Mt Bakewell in a peaceful rural setting, only 3 km from the town centre. Accommodation consists of Queen rooms with ensuites, tea & coffee making facilities and TV's with built-in DVD players. There is a well appointed guest lounge with tea and coffee making facilities, refrigerator and

a bookcase with books, games & dvd's. Our traditional farmhouse breakfast is a speciality and includes locally sourced, organic produce whenever possible. There is a cosy log fire for winter and air-conditioning for the warmer months - perfect in all seasons. A stroll in a delightful garden leads to our poultry and one acre vineyard, all amongst an abundance of local birdlife and fresh country air......

It is lovely they decided to name the lost King Penguin after our B&B.

The king penguin, known for being the second-largest penguin species and living on ice-free parts of the sub-Antarctic, was rescued near Esperance on WA's south coast.

Birds were thirsty this morning, I guess. Adore the incredible range of birds we have at Hope Farm.
