Built in the 1850s, the historic property is one of York's earliest buildings. Ideal for group bookings, comprises four rooms accommodating ~11 people in a mix of double rooms (1 QS bed and 1 x Dbl bed) and rooms with a mix of single & double bunks. Shared bathroom facilities, common kitchen with cooking facilities, inside and covered outside workshop area set amid shady lush gardens.

COVID-19 might be doing its darndest to dampen our spirits but the Shire of York have busy lifting mine with this upgrade to Avon Park, just below Kookaburra Cottages. Due to open in May, it will be a fantastic asset to the town, so start planning your next visit to York (travel restrictions permitting).
