Taką kawę podaną w miedzianym tygielku i miniaturowej jak na polskie wyobrażenia o wielkości naczynia do kawy filiżance zwanej fildżanem wypijecie w każdej kawiarni, restauracji czy przydrożnym barze. Mała ale mocna i aromatyczna podawana z kilkoma kostkami cukru które nie wrzucamy do kawy tylko zanurzamy w niej, zjadamy i zapijamy kawą🙂 Pisząc tego posta muszę przytoczyć zdjęcie przyjaciółki z Polski które najpełniej oddaje wrażenia co do ilości.😀
Zawsze zaparzana jest w tygielku. Jeśli macie ochotę nabyć taki tygielek to w każdym większym sklepie go bez problemu znajdziecie. Zdjęcie z marketu Jabuka w centrum Jajce pokazuje dokładnie to co mam na myśli – tygielków Ci w Bośni pełno🥰
Niedaleko naszego apartamentu znajduje się piękne, klimatyczne miejsce tuż nad jeziorem – Konoba Slapovi Jajce. Niecałe pół godziny spacerem i jesteście na miejscu. Poza tradycyjną bośniacką kawą zamówicie pyszne, na bieżąco wyławiane pstrągi, ćevapy, pitę – ale o tym będzie osobny post żeby Wam zrobić smaka na bośniacke pyszności😋

You can drink such coffee, served in a copper pot and a cup called a fildzhan, which is miniature in Polish terms and about the size of a coffee vessel, in every café, restaurant or roadside bar. Small but strong and aromatic, served with a few sugar cubes which we don't put in the coffee, we just dip it in it, eat it and drink it with coffee :) While writing this post, I have to quote a photo of a friend from Poland which best reflects the impression regarding the quantity.😀
It is always brewed in a pot. If you want to buy such a crucible, you can easily find it in any larger store. The photo from the Jabuka market in the center of Jajce shows exactly what I mean - there are plenty of melting pots in Bosnia
Not far from our apartment there is a beautiful, atmospheric place right by the lake - Konoba Slapovi Jajce. Less than half an hour walk and you are there. In addition to traditional Bosnian coffee, you can order delicious, freshly caught trout, ćevaps, pita - but there will be a separate post about this to give you a taste for Bosnian delicacies😋
