Hotel Aziza is named after beloved woman and wife of Mehmed Poričanin, that was officially open on their wedding anniversary, December 26th 2016. That way, it is interlinked to the history of this family forever. The hotel concept is based on family values and caring nature of mother Aziza, offering the intimate atmosphere of home while ensuring high standards of services. We wish you to return to

our hotel as dear friends. We aim to do all possible to make your stay as pleasing for you as it is for us. All 17 rooms with bathroom are spacious, bright and modern. The hotel has three floors, an elevator, a sauna, a restaurant a la carte, where we offer superb traditional Bosnian cuisine. We will greet you for breakfast with the warm rolls, specially baked for our hotel by “Poričanin” bakery. In the close vicinity of the Hotel you can find a museum dedicated to the first president of independent Bosnia and Herzegovina, Alija Izetbegović, as well as Saburina’s House, one of the few remaining gems of residential architecture from the Ottoman period. Museums, abundant religious and other historical objects, but also shops and restaurants that offer a wide selection of traditional Bosnian cuisine, are only a part of what Sarajevo can offer you, at the vicinity of our Hotel. For keen hitchhikers this part of the city could be particularly interesting. Strolling up the narrow streets (sokaci) one can feel the beat of mahala (old traditional neighborhood), see unique Sarajevo gates, demire in the windows (special shades on the windows), enjoy the view at the town from its slopes. One of the most beautiful views is from Žuta tabija, reachable from the Hotel in ten minutes relaxed walk, and also from old military fortress Jajce, situated at the vicinity of Žuta tabija. Hotel "Aziza" is continuation of the old family tradition that grew from the "Poričanin" bakery, as a symbol of our awareness that if we wish to survive, we have to grow in offer, in quality, in the connections with our city and its surroundings. Hotel „Aziza“ nosi ime voljene žene i supruge Mehmeda Poričanina, a otvoren je na godišnjicu njihovog vječanja, 26.12.2016., te tako ostaje zauvijek vezan za povijest ove porodice. Hotel je koncipiran na vrijednostima porodice i brižnom karakteru majke Azize, kao njenog stuba, te nudi, ne odstupajući od visokih svjetskih standarda, intimnu atmosferu doma. Naš moto je – jednom gost, uvijek prijatelj. Želimo da nam se uvijek vraćate kao dragi prijatelji, te sve činimo da vaše zadovoljstvo boravkom u našem hotelu bude i naše. Svih 17 soba sa kupatilima je prostrano, svijetlo i moderno opremljeno. Hotel ima tri sprata, lift, saunu, te restoran a-la-cart u kojem nudimo vrhunska jela tradicionalne bosanske kuhinje. Ujutro ćemo vas na doručak dočekati sa toplim pecivom, specijalno proizvedenim za naš hotel u pekari „Poričanin“. U neposrednoj blizini Hotela nalazi se muzej posvećen prvom predsjedniku nezavisne Bosne i Hercegovine Aliji Izetbegoviću i Saburina kuća, jedan od rijetko očuvanih primjeraka stambene arhitekture iz osmanskog perioda. Muzeji, brojni sakralni i drugi historijski objekti, ali i trgovke, restorani u kojim se nudi široki izbor tradicionalne bosanske kuhinje, samo su dio onoga što Sarajevo nudi, a nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini Hotela. Za strastvene hodače ovaj dio grada mogao bi biti naročito zanimljiv. Šetajući strmim baščaršijskim sokacima imaju mogućnost da osjete bilo mahale, vide unikatne sarajevske kapije, demire na prozorima, uživaju gledajući grad s njegovih padina, a jedan od najljepših pogleda na njega je onaj sa Žute tabije do koje se iz Hotela laganim hodom stiže za desetak minuta, ali i Jajce kasarne, koja se nalazi u njenoj neposrednoj blizini.
