Position
Customer Service & Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage the day-to-day operations of the resort
✅ Manage reservations, guest check-ins and check-outs
✅ Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance and food service staff
✅ Ensure all guest requests are completed promptly and professionally
✅ Resolve guest concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
✅ Respond to guest enquiries via phone, Facebook, WhatsApp and email
✅ Prepare staff rosters and allocate daily tasks
✅ Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the resort
✅ Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, linen, toiletries and breakfast items
✅ Coordinate repairs and maintenance works
✅ Prepare daily operational reports for management
✅ Assist with marketing campaigns, encourage positive guest reviews, and contribute ideas and initiatives to grow the business
What We’re Looking For
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Strong leadership and organisational abilities
✔ Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and solve problems effectively
✔ Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and social media platforms
✔ A proactive mindset with a passion for business growth and continuous improvement
✔ Previous experience in hospitality, hotel or resort operations is highly preferred
✔ Willingness to live on-site and oversee daily resort operations
