By the influence of Busy modern world, we friends are going far distance from one another. So considering this fact when we (some friends) were thinking how to bring all old friends in a single shade then we had an idea popped-up in our mind: Why not we (Collegiates’) start a business organization, which bring us all together at list??? Agriculture is the single largest producing sector of the eco
nomy since it comprises about 18.6% (data released on November, 2010) of the country's GDP and employs around 45% of the total labor force. The performance of this sector has an overwhelming impact on major macroeconomic objectives like employment generation, poverty alleviation, human resources development and food security. So this thought inspired us to undertake an AGRIBUSINESS project. What is the outcome of this project?
1. During the Annual General Meeting (AGM) there will be a huge get together.
2. There is a big shortage of pure fish, meat, milk, fruits and etc. these are the basic family needs for all of us. We can easily get from this project for our beloved family.
3. Each and everyone have a dream to be a business man and to become an owner of his own company. This project may fulfill that dream.
4. Money brings money. This project has a great future and surely it is a profitable project.
5. We all expand lots of money for the entertainment to go to the near of Nature. Though this project is only 1 and ½ hour distance from the Chittagong city, this might be a good visiting place for our family and children.
6. There will be an amusement at the project, like: -
a. Fishing competition,
b. Bamboo cortege,
c. Nice walkway,
d. Children rides (DOLNA),
e. Animals (Like, Dog, Rabbit, Pigeon Etc.) Project Condition:

After visiting the project location by Sakil, Saju, Roussue & Tipu and long discussion with the land owner we came to the following:
1. Total land area is about 7.5 kani or 150 gonda or 180 katha.
2. The land will be supplied to us for 25 years.
3. We have to pay lease hold payment in total to land owner.
4. We can use all the facilities available at the present land
location. Present Facility:

We already made an agreement on Februaty, 2014 with the landowner and acquire the lease for 25 years. We also by agreement hold the below establishment and facilities available in the project:
1. Five Ponds
2. Large Chicken Shade
3. Trees: Coconut (80 pcs), Segun tree (200 pcs), Apple Kul
(400 pcs), Supari, Banana etc.
4. A semi pacca house for the care taker.
5. Herring Bond Walk way
