A journey of togetherness, celebration, and unforgettable memories. The Peninsula Annual Staff Picnic 2025, held on 21st & 22nd December at Foy’s Lake, began with a refreshing breakfast at Base Camp Restaurant, followed by a day briefing and Chairman Sir’s welcome speech.

The experience continued with team-building activities and Tree Top Games, a scenic boat ride to Sea World, free time and lunch, and joyful moments through cultural performances, raffle draws, and evening snacks. The event concluded with a boat ride back to Foy’s Lake and a heartfelt individual gift handover ceremony, marking two memorable days of unity and appreciation.

With deep sorrow and sympathy, we remember Ms. Sisiliya Malkanthi Gunawardana, the beloved mother of our respected General Manager, Mr. Sumedha Gunawardana. Her passing is a profound loss, and our thoughts, prayers, and heartfelt condolences are with him and his family during this difficult time. May her soul rest in eternal peace.

The event featured recognition segments including Employee of the Month, Star of the Month, Smiley Face of the Month, and Highest Comment Card achievers. The occasion was elevated with mesmerizing performances by departmental associates and an inspiring power speech by the General Manager.
