Because we have guests from all around the world staying with us, and Hotel Suite Sadaf on a business travel, we recognize that flight times vary. Thus, we offer our living room for luggage storage if your room is not ready upon your arrival. We try to get rooms ready for guests so they can check in earlier, but we cannot promise this courtesy as the official check-in time is 11.00 pm. If you arrive and your room is not ready, please settle in and use our guest bathroom, help yourself to complimentary coffee and cookies, and leave your luggage in the living room while you tour the city or wait. We thank you for your patience with this. Please, talk to the innkeeper on staff, upon your arrival, if you have a particular situation that needs attention. If an innkeeper is not available, please call the reservation line: 0341-62233. Our Hotel Suite Sadaf , staff are here to serve you. Thus, Hannah and Ella are available 24 hours via the innkeeper line (this number is provided to you when you make your reservation). This courtesy is for the safety of the guests and for those arriving after the front desk closes at 10:30am. Though we try to ensure all questions and concerns are answered before your check-in. Luggage storage is a courtesy provided to guests upon their date of arrival and departure. This is so you can leave luggage upon check-in if your room is not ready; leave your luggage after check-out if your flight is not until later. We do not store luggage longer than 8-hour increments. If you do not collect your luggage after the granted 8-hour increment, you will be charged for a night’s stay. Smoking

Hot breakfast is served every morning from 7:30pm to 9:00pm Mon-Fri. 8:00pm-9:30pm Saturday, Sundays, & Holidays. Continental breakfast is available a half hour after hot breakfast ends. Breakfast is available for extra guests with prior arrangement . Children

We accept cash, traveler’s checks, American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, and some debit cards. Sorry, personal checks cannot be accepted. Cancellation/Change
If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fees will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first three nights will be charged. Cancellation of Last-minute reservations made less than 72 hours from the date of arrival will have 3 hours to cancel/change without penalty. (This applies before you check-in only); otherwise we will charge your credit card for the length of your reservation–up to a maximum of 3 days. We do not offer this 2-hour courtesy during Special Occasions. Forgotten Items
Items left behind may be shipped to you. We charge the regular shipping fees plus tk500 handling fee. Due to a lack of storage space, we can only hold left behind items for 2 months. If you feel you have left an item on your Washington DC vacation, please email us. Laundry
