Receptionist (Full-Time)
📍 Location: Near Baridhara, Dhaka
🕒 Working Hours: Shifts between 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM (flexibility required)
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and responsible Receptionist to join our Property Management Team. The ideal candidate will reside near Baridhara and be open to working flexible shifts.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
-Warmly greet tenants upon arrival and departure.
-Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
-Provide front desk services and manage all reception duties.
-Relay messages and assist with visitor coordination.
-Support tenant services and liaise with internal team members.
-Offer information on local transport, dining, and attractions.
-Process tenants’ food and beverage requests.
-Accommodate special or unique tenant needs.
-Keep the reception area tidy and stocked with reading materials.
-Maintain accurate daily receptionist logs.
-Monitor visitor entry and issue passes as needed.
-Be alert to and report any suspicious activity.
🔹 Skills & Experience
-Prior experience in front desk or guest handling roles preferred.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, web browsers, printers, and scanners.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
-(Knowledge of Japanese is a strong advantage.)
-Professional appearance and ethical work approach.
-Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
-A proactive, hands-on attitude.
