Receptionist (Full-Time)
📍 Location: Near Baridhara, Dhaka
🕒 Working Hours: Shifts between 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM (flexibility required)

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and responsible Receptionist to join our Property Management Team. The ideal candidate will reside near Baridhara and be open to working flexible shifts.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
-Warmly greet tenants upon arrival and departure.
-Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
-Provide front desk services and manage all reception duties.
-Relay messages and assist with visitor coordination.
-Support tenant services and liaise with internal team members.
-Offer information on local transport, dining, and attractions.
-Process tenants’ food and beverage requests.
-Accommodate special or unique tenant needs.
-Keep the reception area tidy and stocked with reading materials.
-Maintain accurate daily receptionist logs.
-Monitor visitor entry and issue passes as needed.
-Be alert to and report any suspicious activity.

🔹 Skills & Experience
-Prior experience in front desk or guest handling roles preferred.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, web browsers, printers, and scanners.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
-(Knowledge of Japanese is a strong advantage.)
-Professional appearance and ethical work approach.
-Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
-A proactive, hands-on attitude.

Experience and Skills Required:

and any external devices such as printers and scanners.
• Have good verbal and written English communication skills. Applicants knowing Japanese will be highly prioritized.
• Be proactive and hands-on with any work required to do to maintain standards of
tenant services in relation to reception.
• Extremely professional and ethical in the way you look, communicate and act with tenants and staff alike.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

About the role
Responsibilities include:
• Managing all aspects of Building & HR management.
•Manage and review a practical preventative maintenance plan.
• Managing all client and tenant relationships including sourcing new tenants.
• Adhere to & ensure that all on-site personnel adhere to policies procedures.
• Oversee as well as actively participate in vendor management like negotiate contracts delinquencies.
• Maximize income, control expenditures, maintain financial objectives to meet predetermined budgetary goals.
• Perform preparation of reports, processing of forms as well as documents, preparation plus monitoring of the annual budget, performance of all duties related to the purchase of goods and supplies; processing of all associate forms & documents; scheduling associate work time & leave time; performance of duties of subordinate employees in their absence assuring compliance with all applicable local, government authority guidelines.
• Deal with all government & private bodies in relation to the property and keep good liaison with them.
• Report to owners on a daily basis.

Skills and experience
Requirements:
• Have strong managerial abilities and be hands on at the same time.
• Previous Residential Building Management or Hospitality Management experience.
• Be a professional, proactive, highly organized individual with outstanding English spoken, verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Accounting, Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, Documentation.
• Preferably a degree in the same line of business but not a must.
