Responsibility & Context

*Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Answer and screen incoming phone calls
*Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
*Update calendars and schedule meetings
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
*Receive payment/Collect cash from the customer and input them into the register book.
*Provide reminders to the customer on their due payment.
*Perform other clerical receptionist duties.
