You will also get a shared (with another 1 Room) Kitchen & Dining with all amenities. This private place is perfect for 2 people with one cozy double bed. UBER, Rickshaw, CNG all are available. The placed is secured and monitored 24/7 through CCTV. The whole apartment is covered with mosquito net. You will get entry door and room keys for easy movement. The room is available for rent for a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of unlimited days based on the its availability. The Room is on the 2nd floor and you will have to climb the stairs. There is no lift but the stairs are wide and comfortable. This fully equipped and furnished unit is ready to go with:

We have IPS as mentioned above to make your stay as comfortable as possible so there will be no issue if there’s no electricity for a while as IPS is there to give you electricity back up in the whole flat to make your stay cozy. We also have a washing machine mentioned above so you can wash your clothes when you need to. EXTRA SERVICE:
- We provide airport pick-ups and drop-offs
- We also provide car, noah, and hiace on rent basis for your transport needs.
- Moreover, we have an open ground where you can enjoy morning or evening walk, your kids can play freely and you can also keep your private car if necessary. GUEST ACCESS:
This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be allowed to share this with any strangers during your stay.
��REQUIREMENT:
1) You must have to pay in advance.
2) Each individual needs to provide his or her a copy of NID or identity page of your passport in case if you don’t have your NID or Driving License. �
3) If you are a couple then you must need to provide a documentary evidence such as nikah or kabin document which proves that you are a genuine married couple.

��IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
1) Please Switch OFF light & air conditioner off when you are leaving the home.
2) Guards will help you to pick up and drop off luggage. if you hire guards/caretakers to do any of your personal work, please pay them. they are not my employees.
3) For security purposes the street door to the complex is locked at 12 A.M and then unlocked around 6 am the next morning. I'll advise you to be back by 12 A.M. if you have to enter after 12 A.M, please keep guards number and If you have an early morning flight to catch or if you have to go somewhere really early, you must let me know.
