What started as a simple challenge slowly became a life project.
We didn’t know how to build a Tiny House.
We didn’t know where it would take us.
But we knew we wanted to create something real, with our hands, our time, and a lot of patience.
We learned by doing.
By failing.
By watching tutorials late at night.
By working on weekends.
By welcoming friends who showed up just to help and stayed for the memories.
The Tiny House was finished…
but for years, it had nowhere to land.
Finding a place, convincing municipalities, understanding permits, that part was harder than building itself.
And then, after three years, everything aligned.
A vineyard. A valley. The right place at the right time.
Today, that first Tiny House has become the foundation of something bigger: STUGA.
A project built in nature, season after season, even in the snow.
Sometimes, progress is slow.
But when you don’t give up, it leads exactly where it’s supposed to.
