NL: toen wij in 2006 het hectische Nederlandse leven achter ons lieten konden wij niet vermoeden dat wij onze laatste “job” amper 15 kilometers over de Nederlandse grens zouden gaan doen. Toch is dat zo. Het lot bracht ons via omwegen (Spanje, Oostenrijk) naar het prachtige Brugge, België. Daar managen wij in een riant 18e eeuws herenhuis een zeer luxe B&B, genaamd “De Corenbloem”. Brugge is een fantastische stad. Het prachtige oude stadscentrum is geplaatst op de werelderfgoedlijst van UNESCO en het is er charmant en romantisch. Vergaap je aan de oude architectuur, zoek de gezelligste locaties om een “tripel” te drinken en laat je verleiden in de beste restaurants. Brugge heeft het! Het gehele jaar rond! Om het verblijf in Brugge compleet te maken, bieden wij U onze B&B aan. Het is een oase van rust. Met vijf zeer ruime en authentieke kamers en suites en een comfortabele tuin, is het de ideale uitvalsbasis om Brugge te verkennen. Welkom!!
GB: when we left The Netherlands in 2006 and left the hectic Dutch live behind, we could not suspect that we would do our last "job" just 15 kilometers across the Dutch border. Yet that is true. Fate brought us via some detours (Spain, Austria) to the beautiful city of Bruges, Belgium. There we manage, in a large old 18th century mansion, a very luxurious B&B, called "De Corenbloem" (“The Cornflower”). Bruges is a fantastic city. The beautiful old city center has been placed on the UNESCO World Heritage List and is charming and romantic. Marvel at the old architecture, find the nicest locations to drink a "tripel" and be seduced in the best restaurants. Bruges has it! The whole year round! To make your stay in Bruges even more complete, we offer you our B&B. It is an oasis of tranquillity.
