One of the most challenging LED productions we’ve ever built. 🚀
Not necessarily the biggest at 700 m², but definitely one of the most complex jobs we’ve ever engineered.

This project combines an incredible mix of technology and precision:
• 16 different LED tile configurations (config files)
• Large and small squares
• Large and small rectangles
• Triangles in four different directions
• Big and small triangle modules
• Stair-edge integrations
• Ultra-high resolutions including 2.5mm pixel pitch

And everything runs in stunning 10-bit color depth, with some sections even in 12-bit. 🔥 Only 1 master processor ! (2e machine is live fall back).

For this production, we pushed the limits of LED performance, image quality, black levels, and technical ex*****on. Every detail matters.

A huge thank you to our client Studio 100 for the trust. They are extremely happy with how smoothly and flawlessly this massive production is running.

This is truly one of our flagship projects.
Yesterday was show #1/17 at the Antwerp Afas Dome — and we still have 16 more shows to go.

Every year, Rebirth Festival sets the standard in harder styles — and 2026 was no exception.

🚀 On our way to the next milestone.

Since implementing MAG:SOFT software from PixelScreen in 2013, we have processed nearly 3.5 million LED tiles through our dedicated test line for quality control.

Every tile is individually tracked through advanced scanning systems. Using QR codes or RFID, we maintain a complete record of when each unit was tested, what was verified, and whether any issues were detected.
