Coming to Knokke for the Zoute Grand Prix this October?

Why not make a few days of it?

From 7 to 11 October, Zoute Grand Prix Car Week returns to Knokke — and De Snippe is a lovely place to stay if you’d rather wake up in the countryside.

Start the morning slowly in Damme, spend the day enjoying everything happening in Knokke, and come home to a little more space and quiet at the end of it.

Our rooms are available to book directly through our website.

Sometimes you don’t need a big reason to go away.

A few days together. A beautiful room. Breakfast in the morning. A walk through the countryside and absolutely nowhere you need to rush to.

At De Snippe, our rooms each have their own character, surrounded by the countryside in Damme.

For when it’s just the two of you.

It’s easy to forget how different De Snippe looked not that long ago.

There were months when so much of the domain was still unfinished, and it was difficult to imagine what these spaces would feel like once they were filled with people.

Today, we get to see it in many different ways. Couples spending a few quiet days away, families coming together for the weekend, teams exchanging the office for the countryside, and every now and then, a very special celebration.

Watching this footage again is a lovely reminder of how much has changed in a relatively short time.

And perhaps one day, you’ll have your own reason to come to De Snippe.✨

Maybe it’s just the two of you looking for a few quiet days away.

Maybe you’re finally getting the whole family together.

Or maybe the team could use a change of scenery.

Whatever brings you here, De Snippe gives you the space to slow down, spend time together and enjoy the countryside — right between Bruges and Knokke.

There are days when you don’t need much of a plan.

A slow morning at De Snippe. Coffee outside. Nowhere to rush to.

Maybe you head into Bruges for a few hours. Maybe you drive to Knokke and spend the afternoon by the sea.

Or maybe you stay right here.

Because being close to everything is nice. But having somewhere you actually want to come back to is even better.
