Il y a 15 jours, nous avons testé le restaurant "La belle époque" à Spa qui a été repris depuis peu !
Et bien, nous n'avons pas été déçu !
La cuisine reste ouverte assez t**d, on n'est pas refusé à 20h30 et mis dehors à 22h.
Nous avons sonné pour prévenir que nous serons là vers 20h30 plutôt que 19h30 et à ceci, la personne m'a répondu :"Pas de souci madame, prenez votre temps" Whaw.
Le cadre, arts nouveaux. Très bistrot de Paris. J'adore ! Ils ont su rendre toute sa splendeur à ce restaurant bien connu à Spa, ouffff. Il le valait bien !
La cuisine vraiment bien, très bon et très généreuse !
Certes, on sent qu'il faut encore un peu de temps aux serveurs pour prendre leurs marques mais supers sympathiques et serviables donc à l'arrivée ça n'a vraiment pas été un problème.
Nous vous le recommandons vraiment !

La Belle Époque & Alain Hansenne
A fortnight ago, we tried out the restaurant "La Belle Époque" in Spa, which has recently changed hands!
Well, we weren’t disappointed!
The kitchen stays open quite late; you’re not turned away at 8.30 pm and shown the door at 10 pm.
We rang to let them know we’d be there around 8.30pm rather than 7.30pm, and the person replied: “No problem, madam, take your time.” Wow.
The setting is Art Nouveau. Very Parisian bistro. I love it! They’ve managed to restore this well-known Spa restaurant to its former glory, phew. It was well worth it!
The food was really good, very tasty and very generous!
Admittedly, you can tell the waiters still need a bit of time to find their feet, but they were super friendly and helpful, so in the end it really wasn’t a problem.
We really recommend it!
