Our Story

The hotel is situated in a picturesque and tranquil part ofl Bansko offering direct mountain views. At the same time the hotel is conveniently located near the gondola lift (only 800 meters) and all amenities, shops and bars are just 5-10 min walk. The hotel is popular for group gatherings and families as combines all the amenities of a standard 4* hotel and many more organised additional entertainments. The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms, a spacious lounge, a cosy lobby - bar with a variety of alcoholic and non- alcoholic drinks and cocktails, a restaurant, tavern, multipurpose hall suitable for dancing, sports, games and entertainment, conference hall, heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool bath, massage rooms, fitness, ski storage, parking, outside children swimming pool, summer barbecue and recreational area, children playground, free Wi Fi in all rooms and common areas and many other facilities conducive to pleasant and relaxing holiday. ROOMS Hotel "Chateau" has 14 Economy Double rooms, 28 double standard rooms, 15 deluxe double rooms, 10 family rooms, 4 junior penthouses and 3 suites. The apartments consist of a large room, children's room and two bathrooms. In the main room there is double bed, sofa bed and an option for extra single bed. The children's room is furnished with two single beds. All rooms are equipped with extra bed, TV, telephone, fridge, hairdryer and everything necessary for a pleasant mountain holiday. You can enjoy the spectacular mountain views from the deluxe rooms situated in the tower of the hotel. All the facilities in the hotel provide perfect opportunity for pleasant mountain recreation. SPORT The spa centre of the hotel, equipped with heated indoor swimming pool (water 30C) , fitness centre, whirlpool bath, sauna and steam room offers wonderful opportunities for enjoyable pleasant time and relaxation . You can choose one of the various recreational programmes and massages offered by specially trained and qualified therapists in the hotel. For the billiard lovers the hotel offers the opportunity to use the pool table in the lobby. During summer months, kids can enjoy the outdoor children pool of the hotel while adults can enjoy our meat specialties offered directly from the barbecue bar, located next to the outdoor swimming pool of the hotel. You can take advantage of the natural grass pitch in front of the hotel for a football game or other entertainment and your kids can have fun on the playground located next to the pool. FOOD AND DRINKS All our guests have the pleasure to enjoy food either in our restaurant or in our Bulgarian style tavern ‘Mehana’. You have the opportunity to choose between our pub-style restaurant or traditional and local dishes in the Tavern. Whatever is your choice, you will be pleasantly surprised from the freshly prepared meals from locally produced ingredients. After the good meal, you can always enjoy fine cup of coffee or a drink in front of the real fire in the lobby for relaxing chat with friends, or to surf the internet while enjoying the comfort of the wide open space and the relaxing music in our lobby-bar. ADDITIONAL SERVICES In addition to our services we offer our guests a bus shuttle taking guests directly to and from the gondola lift which is only 3min drive from the hotel, ski hire, ski-school and transport to and from Sofia and Plovdiv Airport. If you decide to use your own transport to Bansko, the hotel offers free parking for 80 vehicles. You can select one from the many activities offered at the hotel, excursions, shopping tours, bicycle rental, river fishing, mountain walking, hiking and climing with a qualified guide, visits to historical and ethnographic landmarks around the town of Bansko and the region, and many other alternatives. The Hotel also has a conference hall for 100 people suitable for conferences, team buildings, dancing and other social gatherings. Sports and cultural groups are offered the opportunity to use the multipurpose hall for sport activities and entertainment.
