Bansko doesn’t really feel like a destination. It feels more like a home that’s constantly being shaped by the people who come through.
It’s the random conversations that turn into ideas, the friendships you didn’t expect, and those moments where people just connect without trying to get anything out of it.

Avalon and Altspace hosted a small talk-style festival—nothing formal, just people sharing what they care about. No pitching, no agenda. Just listening and being heard. It reminded us how rare and powerful that is.

We also had the first wedding in Avalon, which made everything feel even more special.

And then there’s all the in-between stuff—dogs running around, long walks, laughing about nothing, everyday life, happening together.

In the end, it’s not about the place. It’s the people, the feeling of belonging, even if it’s just for a little while, it's about coming home.

That’s kind of what Bansko is.

Running a coliving is such an adventure, but what truly makes it special is the people.
Doing things together, sharing everyday moments, and turning strangers into family has meant more than we can put into words.

Bansko is more than just skiing.
Beneath the slopes, the old town is full of stories, cobbled streets, and stone houses that never get old.
Traditional mehanas and small restaurants keep the spirit alive with local food, made to be shared.
Rich, authentic, timeless — Bansko’s old town always has something new to offer.

It is amazing to be able to witness the change of the seasons in a place as beautiful as Bansko. Crisp mountain air, shifting colors, and views that never get old. Grateful for moments like these that remind us to slow down and simply enjoy the world around us.
