Meet the winners of the Borovets Competition / Конкурс Боровец:

William Matthews Associates is an architectural practice established in 2013 and based in Borough, London.

Prior to starting the firm William Matthews was an Associate at Renzo Piano Building Workshop in Paris. During his time there he completed a variety of internationally recognised projects such as the Beyeler Foundation Basel, Potsdamer Platz Berlin and the Modern Wing of the Art Institute of Chicago.

From 2001 until its completion in 2013 William Matthews led the design team for the Shard in London.

WMA worked on the winning project in collaboration with Stephen George International Bulgaria, SGI Bulgaria.

William Matthews Associates e основано през 2013 г. и базирано в Лондон архитектурно студио.

Преди създаването на фирмата, архитект Уилям Матюс е Старши архитект в офиса на Ренцо Пиано в Париж. В този период той завършва множество международни проекти, сред които сградата на Beyeler Foundation в Базел, Поцдамер плац в Берлин и крилото за съвременно изкуство на Института за изкуства в Чикаго.

От 2001 г. до завършването на сградата през 2013 г., Уилям Матюс ръководи проектантския екип на най-високата сграда в Лондон Shard.

WINNERS ANNOUNCED! We are happy and proud to share all projects in the competition New center of Borovets and to announce the winners - William Matthews Associates Ltd from the United Kingdom in collaboration with Stephen George International Bulgaria, SGI Bulgaria.

Second are A.D.A. Ltd., Bulgaria and third - Peter Rafailov from Project Vitae Ltd., Bulgaria. The two honorable prizes for 4th and 5th place go to Urban Planing Institute, Bulgaria and Critical Design Studio, Turkey. Congratulations to the winners and thank you to all 40 participants from 17 countries for your hard work!
