Important Update Regarding Sea View Room Reservations
Dear Guests,
We would like to inform you of an important update regarding our sea view accommodations, introduced in order to ensure greater clarity, fairness, and satisfaction for all our guests.
Due to the consistently high demand for sea view rooms in recent seasons, we have observed increasing confusion and disappointment when room wishes could not be fulfilled, despite our best efforts. In order to avoid such situations and to ensure a transparent and honest room allocation process, we have updated our room categorization policy.
As of now, rooms with direct sea view are classified as a separate room type, named Sea View Double Room, and must be specifically booked in advance. This category includes the following room numbers: 308, 309, 310, 406, 407, 506, and 507.
Previously, sea view requests were treated as preferences, depending on availability at the time of arrival. However, given the limited number of such rooms and the high demand, it is no longer possible to accommodate all requests fairly under this system. The new approach ensures that guests who wish to stay in a sea view room can do so with certainty, provided the room type is booked accordingly.
This change has been implemented mostly to avoid misunderstandings, unmet expectations, and disappointment, and to ensure an equal and transparent booking process for all guests.
